What to bring:
1) Application Form (must be complete, hosted online here: Tryout Application )
2) Acceptance Letter or Saint Leo ID
3) Medical Waiver
4) Head Shot (uploaded with application or taken at registration)
5) A paper copy of your health Insurance (we need a copy for your file)
6) Physical: This must be within one year of tryouts (you can go to the university health services for this or a walk-in clinic)
7) Pre-tryout form (you will complete this at registration)
